I think there is enough online to detail about this place. It was amazing and the photos don't do it justice, we stayed in the Beauty and the Beast themed room. The only thing that could really be improved is the bathroom is a bit dark and could use some brightening.

There are some questions if that's a 5 star hotel, but let's be honest, you book it because it's a Disney decoration. I was impressed with the design and details. There are other 4/5 star hotels near by if you need luxury experience. The hotel also has a small supermarket with affordable food e.g. rice balls, sandwiches and instant noodles. Unfortunately, only 15 min entrance before opening the park. English level of employees even at reception is sometimes so bad, that you cannot go without an internet translator, but it's a question how many guests need that.

First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking. It’s truly a magical experience. The check-in process is one of the most efficient I’ve come across and the employees are super helpful. The rooms, same as the hotel, are pure magic. We slept in the “Alice in wonderland” themed room, 4 people, and it was spacious enough for all four of us. The themed amnesties were super cute. We also ordered room service using the QR code supplied by the room’s tv channel. The process was easy and the food was really really tasty. Wasn’t too pricey in my opinion. The hotel also has luggage handling services for those who are spending the last day I don’t want to carry it around - we used that service, it was a really quick and easy experience! And the service works 24/7 so we didn’t need to rush to get our luggage back. And finally we also used the hotel services to order a taxi back to our Airbnb. Again, super nice and helpful. Hats off to this hotel and its crew.

This is truly the nicest hotel I've stayed in my entire life. Every single aspect of the stay was spectacular. Room, service, food, decor, atmosphere. Just incredible. Definitely felt like a five star experience

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent standard of furnishings, facilities, and service, that I would find it hard to encounter again elsewhere in the world when travelling. Of course, such standard does come at a premium price and a highly competitive booking for the rooms. Location wise, it is obviously excellent if you want to be just next to the theme park, but not conveniently located if you intend to explore central Tokyo.
