I received a single item of Onomichi ramen.
When you think of Onomichi ramen, you think of flat noodles.
The chicken bone-based soup has a clear and sweet impression.
The rare char siu tastes great in the piping hot soup.
The green onions were also flavorful and delicious.
Next time I go, I think I'll try adding the special chili oil!

I ate it on a trip from Kansai.
I read other people's reviews that it was crowded, but I was able to get in right away and get a seat.
After that, there were people lining up right away, so I think it's a very popular store.
Needless to say, tomorrow will be the best.
The fried chicken set was very delicious, and the service and atmosphere of the restaurant were also good.

It's located right next to Onomichi shopping street from Onomichi station 🍜
There's always a line on the weekends, but I went there hoping for bad weather and as expected, there was no line to get in.
This time I ordered a large serving of Onomichi ramen and a karaage set.
I've eaten there many times, and I've eaten a lot of other Onomichi ramen, but I think Hibiki is the most delicious of Onomichi ramen🥇
I don't think this is the only place that serves rare char siu for Onomichi ramen.
Soft and juicy, highly recommended 👍
If you add a little bit of dried sardines and chili oil, it will completely change and become delicious.
I like Sichuan cuisine, so this chili oil was my favorite.
The fried chicken is just as delicious as it claims to be.😁

The number of seats is 6 for one person.
There are three tatami rooms for four people.
The service speed is also quite fast, so even if you line up, the rotation is good, so I think you can get in quickly.

Onomichi Ramen is very famous and a must-eat. Before going to Onomichi, I collected a few famous ramen shops, but in the end, in a shopping street with few tourists, there was a ramen shop with many people queuing up, so I decided to queue up together and give it a try.
It took about fifteen minutes to be seated, and the seats were comfortable.

Unexpectedly, the sea bream salt soup base is so good when paired with lemon. It has a refreshing feeling, makes the soup base not greasy, and also goes well with the flavor of barbecued pork.
👉🏻Special soy sauce ramen with 2 pieces of fried chicken ¥1200
I was afraid that soy sauce ramen would be very strong, salty and greasy, but this soup base is not greasy at all and is very refreshing. The fried chicken is big, crispy and juicy, and the chicken is very tender.

This Onomichi ramen is a soy sauce ramen that is a subspecies of Nagahama ramen (chicken and special type). The chashu was 5 stars, with a texture similar to roast beef, tender, and a large portion. The accompaniments such as menma and green onions are 5 stars, fresh and tasty. The noodles are 3 stars, straight thin noodles. The soup is 2 stars, the soy sauce taste is so strong that it overrides the flavor of the soup stock.
Shirasudon is simply delicious!

We arrived at 11:00 a.m., the oven time, and there were already 8 people waiting. There are a lot of high school students on school trips, so it feels lively. The waiting time is about 20 minutes. While you're in line, a staff member will ask you the number of people and your name, and collect the meal tickets you purchased from the vending machine. Therefore, once we were seated, the shirasu bowl arrived in less than 2 minutes, and the ramen arrived 1 minute later! Even though it was a crowded store, the process went smoothly.
