I think it's normal for the price. The hair dryer was very old, and even though it didn't have any wind power, it was extremely hot and painful. Maybe it's better not to use it... The VOD remote control was also quite malfunctioning and I had to replace it, but if the response was that bad, wouldn't they notice it when they cleaned it? That's what I thought. Also, I asked for a taxi to be arranged, but it seemed to arrive about 10 minutes earlier than the requested time, and while I was in the bathroom, I received a phone call, which made me uncomfortable. If you arrived early, I would have asked the driver to let you know your desired exit time and let him know at least 5 minutes in advance. All of the staff are quick to respond and very polite, so it's a good hotel, but it's a waste.
