Toyosato Town, a small town in Shiga Prefecture. Here lies the holy place of the anime 'K-ON!' and a historical school building from the early Showa period. The solid white concrete school building seems to defy the flow of time. Today, we decide to step into this mysterious space.
As we alight at Toyosato Station, we are greeted by the warm smiles of the locals. Following the guide, we walk a little and soon the white walls come into view. The majestic appearance of the school building and the ambience that seems to transcend time captivate our hearts.
Upon entering the school building, we find that it exudes even more charm than we had imagined. The spacious corridors, high ceilings, and the railing decorations reminiscent of a fairytale world. Every step is filled with new discoveries. In the 'K-ON!' club room corner on the 2nd floor, it feels as if we have encountered the teatime after school.
The former school building of Toyosato Elementary School is a place overflowing with architectural beauty and charm that transcends time. Reflecting on history, wandering in the world of anime, and immersing in the mystery of this space. While engraving the heritage of old Japanese architecture in our hearts, we once again head towards a new journey.
