I’m only enjoying this place because of the service and the staffs. Everybody was super nice and polite from the start. They treat you like queens and kings. They pull your chair for you, lead you to the bathroom, always greeting you and always professional. The tea ceremony at the end was also a nice touch. However, the food here is not my cup of tea. Only one main course (duck breast) and the portion was literally for a 3 years old. The rest of the courses were vegetarian. We had 3 people, we left the place still super hungry after the amount of money we paid. Honestly it’s a nice experience to feel fancy, but the food is definitely not worth it.

Service was great! Food was good, although we didn’t think there were as many standout dishes that we were expecting (the salad/duck was overhyped but the potato focaccia was fantastic). The gifts at the end were a nice touch. Atmosphere was rather clinical.

We visited l’effervescence for 3 times already and we still loved the place. Great service and great food. The restaurant manager always checked with us if everything was good, he was not pushy at all. Just that one lady staff was a little awkward that she started asking us after things for the next course when I hadn’t even finished the current one…
