“Large serving of soy sauce ramen” 700 yen + 50 yen The owner's wife skillfully manages the restaurant by herself. The inside of the store is retro... or rather, it has a mysterious structure, so if you're interested, please come and visit. It's a small store with 3 counter seats and 3 table seats. I don't know how to describe the soy sauce soup as it is sweet and delicious... It's a soy sauce flavor with a deep flavor that you can't find anywhere else. You can choose from thin or thick noodles, Choose thick! Surprisingly, thick noodles similar to Jiro's came out. Prices range from 50 yen for 1.5 large balls to 900 yen for 10 large balls. Maybe a big restaurant? Is that so? . A mysterious ramen shop located on the first floor of the housing complex. The atmosphere is like no other and the taste is good! Also, I found a one-of-a-kind ramen shop.

I had the thick noodles of soy sauce ramen. It had a nostalgic taste and was delicious, paired with the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was a strange space. On this day, a mother with a gentle voice and a woman with a nose piercing helped out. It was great to eat skewers, drink beer, and then enjoy the river breeze.

Simple is best ramen, but I think it's a taste that can only be found here. I stopped by this restaurant on a casual basis, so I was a little anxious and excited to see what kind of ramen they would serve. I ordered miso ramen (thick noodles) for 700 yen, chashu soy sauce ramen (thick noodles) and white kimchi for 400 yen. The somewhat nostalgic and sweet soup has a rich and soothing taste. White kimchi is spicy but delicious. A simple ramen that defies your expectations, given the restaurant's name "Koshoya". THEIt's average, but I like it. Next time, I would like to try the thin noodle ramen and the recommended menu item, abura soba. The back parlor inside the store has the feel of a friend's house, where people from when they were in elementary school gathered. That settles it down. It's an interesting store. In this day and age, cash is the only payment method, but it's perfectly acceptable here!
