Since I went during a period when there were no special exhibitions, I only saw the permanent exhibition and the storehouse exhibition room on the first floor. As expected, this would create a poor balance between the scale of the building and the number of works on display. There is also a tea room and an auditorium, so I think it would have been a different experience if I had used the whole facility.

It was my first visit to see the special exhibition, Ainu crafts exhibition "AINU ART - Moreu no Uta". I saw Ainu crafts at Minpaku and wanted to see more. The building was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. From Setsuko Migishi's exhibition. It was my first time to concentrate on looking at it, but I was impressed by its texture, which in some ways resembled a piece of ceramic art. I thought the storehouse exhibit was also interesting. The display of Ainu crafts was a wonderful display that lived up to my expectations, and I was fascinated by it. I was drawn to the fish-related work of the late Koji Kaizawa. Maybe it's because I fish, but the texture of the scales gave me a sense of movement when I caught a fish. thank you very much. There are multiple free parking lots.

This art museum exhibits the works of Setsuko Migishi, a painter from Ichinomiya City. I visited in March this year and the theme was ``Flowers in full bloom.'' (Currently on a different theme) I was able to see many works with a flower theme. The famous self-portrait, Sakura Saitama, was spectacular. The other still life paintings were good, but the portraits depicting models were amazing. In the lobby, you can learn about Mr. Migishi's life, and in the storehouse exhibition room, you can see even more detailed personal belongings. This work that has survived these turbulent times is worth seeing! This is a recommended hidden spot where you can take your time to appreciate art in a quiet space.

I happened to stop by the museum, and the building was beautiful and there were many exhibition rooms, making it a wonderful space 🤩🎶 There are many exhibits, and the atelier is recreated in the storehouse in the annex, which is very satisfying👍
