I didn't have high expectations since it was in a food court, but I was disappointed in a good way. ①I received the PRESTO soy sauce. Is it like rich soy sauce? ② Visually, first of all, the charred (?) green onions are impressive. This green onion was arranged very well. ③The soup is delicious. It's a really rich soy sauce ramen, water → soup loop. ④Charshu, noodles, and other ingredients are normal. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

A ramen shop in the food court of Apita Terrace, where I often go shopping. By the way, the food code here is always very crowded on weekends and holidays, so it's hard to find an empty seat. The last time I had Sakigake soy sauce ramen, it was chain-like ramen like Kagetsu Arashi, but I personally liked it. However, after that, I realized that I actually liked Taiwanese ramen better, and since then, I've been eating only Taiwanese ramen every time I go there. The Taiwanese ramen here goes well with the thin straight noodles and the moderately spicy soup, which is not super spicy but can be annoying at times. Thank you for the meal.

You can order Sapporo draft beer at this shop, so I ordered a medium mug for 580 yen! Ikinari Steak was super dry👀 There are also great value sets that combine children's sets and regular ramen, so it's helpful for families with children 🙇🏾‍♂️
