I would not recommend to stay. Once we got there the staff was not so accommodating or that nice. I came by motorcycle and I explained to them that I had electriconics on the bike that could not get wet I wanted to park it under the side of the hotel where it was out of the way and covered, however they refused and said it was impossible so I ended up parking it somewhere else until it rain I moved it under the side of the hotel, sorry but I couldn't have my mode of transportation be damaged. Then they gave my friend a very hard time at the front desk because she originally wanted to stay for 2 nights but due to weather because of possible typhoon she wanted to change it to one night and they would not help her in any sort of way being very difficult to talk too and not handing the situation professionally. The orginal room was to small for the both of us, instead of them refunding us one they kept the money and made us pay more for a upgrade for the night we stayed. I hope the costumer service and hospitality improves tremendously.

Not recommended. We stayed there 6 nights and the hotel looks very promising with its pool and rooftop. However the pictures are not like the reality. The pool has about 6 chairs so good luck. The rooftop space is a bar that is closed and where you need to have a drink. The cafe is only open if you pay their breakfast buffet. So basically you can stay in the rooms which are tiny. We booked one for 2 people and the bed is too small for 2, would only take it as a single. No space whatsoever in the room. If you want to work you can do that only from your bed. Slow and bad Internet connection.

Everything is great here, no matter the view and facilities. JBL speaker is provided, and also the Nespresso machine. You can a good morning coffee in the room. The bed is comfy, not too soft nor hard. There is laundry room on 2/F, it costs around 300yen, if i didnt remeber wrongly. The detergent will add automatically and it smells so nice. At 15/F, there is a rooftop bar. It only opens on Thurs to Sun. The view is fascinating. The hotel is so near to Miebashi Station. It just 1 min walk to there. The only thing i would complain about is the TV. It is not a smart tv and there is no Youtube.

Best choice in Okinawa!🌺 Just 30-second walk from the monorail, it’s super convenient to everywhere. Room is big enough to put 3 luggages, bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a balcony in the room. Without a doubt, I will choose the hotel again next time.

Food is relatively affordable here, and the roof space has an awesome view! I revisit this hotel whenever I'm at Sapporo (even though I'm not staying there sometimes) just to go up to the roof area to look at the scenery! It's a beautiful hotel and very near the park, Tanukiji street and the train station.
