Sekizenyama, a famous tourist spot in Ehime Prefecture, is known for the Seto Inland Sea and cherry blossoms. The view of the islands from the 370m high summit is truly breathtaking. During the cherry blossom season, you can enjoy the scenery of over 3,000 cherry blossom trees in full bloom, creating a spectacular carpet of flowers.

You can reach the mountaintop by car or hiking, but it is recommended to hike the approximately 4km trail. Enjoy the refreshing feeling of passing through the cherry blossom tunnel while making use of the restrooms and resting spots along the way. You might even see people gathering warabi (bracken) along the trail.
