The 280-minute steak made from mature beef is shockingly delicious. A rare good restaurant in recent years where you can enjoy the best dinner in a high-quality space.
I made a reservation on a Friday night and visited for the first time. It is located in Nishiazabu, in the middle of Roppongi, Omotesando, and Hiroo, and is a little over 10 minutes walk from each station. Although it is located in the basement of the apartment, there is a separate entrance from the entrance to the apartment, and you can access the basement using stairs.
There are counter seats, table seats, and completely soundproof private rooms.
On this day, we had a very stylish counter, but this private room could also be used when there are small children or for important dinners.
There are a wide range of courses ranging from 8,800 yen to 38,000 yen, so you can choose according to the occasion.
On this day, I ordered a short course for 13,200 yen.
Most course meals have menus that I think are average, but for this course, every single item was a hit, especially the main course, the steak, which was at a new level of deliciousness. I was extremely satisfied and felt it was a high cost performance.
The courses are designed to prepare your mind and body for the main steak.

Refattening of multiparous Hida beef! This is a mother who gives birth to A5 Wagyu beef, which is different from the cows we usually eat.
When I heard that it was a multiparous cow, I had the impression that it was hard and smelly, but it was completely different.
I heard that multiparous cows are not raised to be eaten, but are given healthy feed to help them live longer, and their lean meat is strengthened by giving birth, which makes sense.
They are pasteurized for 280 minutes using the shop's unique method, resulting in a crispy exterior and a moist, super-soft interior. The amount of water is amazing.
The part is sirloin, but it's not greasy at all and is just right.
Delicious red meat that is rich but has no odor. Chew at least 20 times, and the more you chew, the more flavor you get.
I've eaten a lot of steaks in the past, but this is by far the best. shocking. It's delicious.
It was 120g, but I think it can hold about 1kg.
There are Japanese mustard, black pepper, and rock salt, but I was so happy to eat them as is.
Sakura shrimp pasta from Suruga Bay

From the moment it is served, the delicious scent of cherry shrimp fills the air, making it a blissful experience.
We make use of the soup stock made from Sakura shrimp.
It was a very delicious pasta, and although there was quite a lot of it, I devoured it in one go.

The meat of Tobime Beef (Japanese Black Beef, re-fattened using Hida rice) is grilled for 280 minutes, and the meat is cooked to perfection, bringing out the original flavor of the meat to its fullest. felt.
I ordered the Konkai pairing (I believe it was about 6,000 yen) and it still cost just over 2,000 yen, so I was very satisfied considering the way the meat was cooked.
Of course, everything other than meat was delicious, and the homemade bread was so delicious that I ended up having to replace it.
This time I enjoyed renting a private room, but I think it would be a good idea to use it as a counter date in Nishiazabu!
