The gigantic aerial athletic park, Dekai, in Yokohama's Hakkeijima is a stage for adventurous fun for both adults and children. It offers a variety of attractions, such as crossing between trees on ropes, maze-like tunnels, and challenging puzzles.

Dekai has three courses. The easiest, Family Course, involves leisurely progress while completing mission stamp collection. The Jumping Course includes many athletic elements that require physical coordination. The most challenging Mystery Course provides enjoyable puzzle-solving that engages the mind.

A huge three-dimensional maze. Since it was three-dimensional, I thought it was an indoor facility, but it turned out to be like a giant wooden jungle gym, exposed to the rain. What will you do in the rain? There are 3 courses, and each course has a give-up route in the middle, so you can leave midway if you have any trouble. According to the staff member, if you simply aim for the top, it will take 10 minutes, but if you try to collect all the stamps, it will take 30-40 minutes. There are many walkways designed for children to crouch down, so if you're a family, you'll feel the difference in physical strength between you and your child. However, like Hakone Zaiku, there are some doors that you can't proceed without thinking about the order in which you open them, so the beginner's course seems to be quite difficult for kindergarteners to complete. Parents who are not confident in their physical strength should be careful not to become a hindrance to their rapidly progressing children.

There are 3 courses. It's not a maze, it's almost a one-way street. The athletic course is moderately difficult. My son is in the first grade of elementary school, so I could afford it. Apparently you can't clear the mystery-solving course unless you do it repeatedly with an annual pass. The rest is a beginner's course.
