I went there because I heard that it was handed down directly by a royal family.
This time, I received the Sapporo-style Iekei ramen (soy sauce) and fried egg bowl.
I felt that the noodles were straight noodles, which is unusual among family members. The soup was quite light, and even at MAX, it didn't feel too thick.
The taste was very good.
The soft-boiled flavor of the egg was really good.
Next time, I'm going to try the original one from Oudoka.

A family-style ramen shop run by Meneiji.
There is another store in Higashi Ward.
This is a family-style ramen that uses a non-chemical sauce.
There is a ticket system, but when ordering, we were told, ``The standard seasoning is rather strong, so if you don't like it, we recommend you go for a lighter flavor.''
The standard noodles felt relatively hard, so I personally felt that they could be softer.

I had the royal family ramen (830 yen) and chashu glaze (100 yen)🙋
There is no parking lot as it is in the center🙏Style of purchasing meal tickets from the ticket vending machine at the entrance🙋
When you hand over your meal ticket, you will be asked your preferences, so you can choose the hardness of the noodles, the depth of flavor, and the amount of fat 🙋 I visited the affiliated store in Higashi Ward, but this is my first visit, so everything is normal 🙌
After all, it is the only family headquarter in Sapporo that is directly descended from the Yoshimura family, and is a direct descendant of the former Four Heavenly Kings.
From the first bite, the soup is rich in chicken oil and soy sauce, making it salty and delicious. The noodles are thick and slightly curly, soaking up the soup, and are springy and delicious.🐷
The char siu is also moist, soft and delicious🐷
Halfway through, I added chopped garlic because it tasted weird 🙌 Kusa delicious ~ I think it's going to be addictive 😁
Chashu Mabushi is rice topped with finely chopped chashu, topped with the recommended Mugen Garlic and mayonnaise, and wrapped in seaweed soaked in soup! Delicious😆
The chopped ginger, bean sauce, and black pepper were all delicious, and the rice was good even though it was large🐷
It goes so well with ramen 😆 There are so many additional toppings that I'm really curious about, so I'll be visiting again 😁
The employees were also cheerful and pleasant 🙋
However, please be aware that water, towels, etc. are self-service 🙏 Since it was my first time, I had to go back and forth 3 times to the small store 🙏
Well, my family is salty, but I'm addicted to it 😁 Thank you for the meal 😆

This family-run ramen specialty store is a collaboration between E.A.K, a new type of business from the famous Sapporo restaurant ``Men Eiji,'' and ``Oudoya'' from Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, a direct descendant of the former Yoshimura family. There are two types of family lines available, but I ordered the one that was directly inherited from the royal family. Kashiwa Honten is said to have the strongest flavor among the family's varieties, so it's ``light taste'', and the rest is normal.
As expected, the taste was so salty that it was inedible. It is so rich that it is meant to be eaten with white rice. The homemade noodles exclusively for the royal family are chewy, but a little soft. “Hard noodles” recommended. Was it okay to use more oil? The smokiness of the chashu is slightly weak. Seaweed is delicious.
Unlike the white central kitchen soups that are all over the place, the soup is authentic and is made in-house. The soy sauce sauce, which has been passed down directly from the royal family, has a sharpness that seems to be a direct descendant of the Yoshimura family. If you dilute the flavor any further, the taste of this soy sauce sauce will disappear, so you have no choice but to accept the saltiness to a certain extent.
