The owner orders delicious seafood from Aomori whenever it's in season. As soon as you step inside, you can sense the pleasant aroma of Japanese cypress. The dishes served here are characterized by clean presentation and seasoning that brings out the flavors of the ingredients.
Popular lunch options include Aomori seafood bowl (1,500 yen) and upper lunch nigiri (3,000 yen). The chef personally explains each fresh item. In the evening, only chef's choice sushi courses (starting at around 7,000 yen) are offered. You can indulge in luxurious ingredients to your heart's content.
