The theater is a little older and the seats aren't as nice as some of the newer theaters. There is not as much selection either, in terms of the number of movies being shown at one time. It's not quite up to the standards of the Coredo theater either in quality of the facilities, or surrounding shops and restaurants. It IS convenient, though, being just a stone's throw from JR Yurakucho station, and the neighborhood itself is nice, located near Hibiya Park.

Beautiful new building. Cinema standard quality for a modern multiplex with a good selection of films. The highlight is the sixth floor balcony overlooking the imperial Palace. Stunning views at sunset. Slightly confusing layout inside the main building.

maybe a weird complaint, but the way the theaters are laid out is confusing and just plain difficult to navigate. they’re split up into two locations in the mall and there’s not much signage (in english OR japanese) and it’s actually confusing to just find your way to the correct theater. a couple times, we got our tickets and popcorn only to be told that we’re at the wrong wing of the theater, and had to carry our popcorn trays across the mall. (note: i’m not even talking about TOHO Chanter, a completely separate theater next door). another weird complaint - the elevators are excruciatingly slow. every time. if you’re in a rush, the escalators might honestly be better. it’s as clean and comfortable as any other TOHO theater otherwise.

Worst Toho cinema location! The building that it’s located in is simply Way to organized that it made my family and I 30mins late to see our movie. Parking in the building that the cinema Is in took 15-20mins because they only Accept 3 cars at a time. After even the elevators in the building took forever as they have the stupidest staff holding elevators for people even though the elevators are full...and no stair or escalator access from The parking to go up to the cinema So your kind of forced to wait for the elevator. After the premium luxury seats were a joke.. Compared to the ones in Roppongi. Stay away from this cinema if your going by car or come at least 40mins in advance if you don’t want to be late.
