I haven't stayted at the hotel yet, but I would like to give 5 stars for the service provided by them. I had a booking for 6 nights for 2 rooms. Due to a serious family health issues I unfortunately had to cancel the booking. The cancelation policy stated that 2 nights would be chaged if cancelled, but I requested for a waiver by showing them a proof of the situation. They were extremely nice in canceling the reservation completely free of charge. I will certainly book a room with them next time I need to book a hotel in Tokyo, since I know I will be in contact with a professional and kind group of people who understands that life happens. Thank you very much!

First I want to say that I stayed for 30 days at this hotel, I’ve been to different hotels in Tokyo in different locations but this one has The best location not far from Tamachi JR station and Mitta station. Rooms can be little small but trust me they are far bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. The hotel has everything you ask for. They provide the room with pyjamas, hairdryer. And at the lobby you can have all the toiletry you need from face care kits, to body care you name it. They have laundrette on site and vending machines, in a walking distance from Tokyo tower and all the other attractions. customer service are brilliant. Top notch.

Stayed in early Apr 2024. Cons: one of the lady service staff did not let us borrow an umbrella on a rainy day after we checked out, which is illogical since we were paying customers. Pros: room is alright, good amenities and location is good

Yea the rooms are small, this is Tokyo! The location is great and near 2 train stations including the Yamanote Line and in the south of the city closer to rainbow bridge and the Haneda airport. The area is quiet and buisness centric. There is a natural lawsons next door, as well as a normal lawsons and small grocery store. We have stayed here 3 different times and are coming back next week. The prices are also great and you can sometimes find really good deals directly on their website, just make an account! Overall the price, cleanliness and location of this hotel make it our go to in Tokyo!
