The breakfast of this hotel is amazing, a lot of options to choose from. Also, the room is nice and clean and there is a public bath. The bus stop (from Sapporo airport to the hotel) is not far from the hotel, so it is still convenient. I really enjoy the stay there.

Location:
Great location. Heart of the city and near at everything.
Ambience:
Good ambience from lobby, rooms, lounge, dining area
Bedroom:
It was nice and enough space. Bathtub was big. Nice view.
Facilities:
All negative side is smaller spa area especially for the sauna and hot bath.
Service:
Front desk and dining area provided good customer service. I can give a 10 for them.
Housekeeping is terrible. They didn’t clean the room well. You can see the pictures. They left the white plastic of garbage and only threw out the ones in their bin. Secondly, they didn’t tidy the tables and other surfaces. They would only clean up every 3-4th day. I experienced itchiness through the beddings and pajamas they provided.

Title: A Delightful Stay at Tenza Hotel and SKYSPA in Sapporo Central
Rating: ★★★★★
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tenza Hotel and SKYSPA in Sapporo Central from December 12 to 15, and my overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. I booked the Fourth Room - Non-Smoking, which boasted a spacious 61 m²/657 ft² area and comfortably accommodated four people along with our five 28" luggage pieces.
**Pros:**
1. **Convenient Parking:** The hotel offers paid lift parking at 1500 yen for guests, providing a hassle-free parking solution. The only restriction was the inability to access the vehicle from 10:30 pm to 7 am, a minor inconvenience considering the overall benefits.
2. **Prime Location:** The hotel's location is unbeatable, being less than a minute's walk to 狸小路7丁目 and offering easy access to 狸小路1丁目. This proximity allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings with ease, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
3. **Spacious Room:** The Fourth Room was more than spacious for our group of four, and it easily accommodated our five large suitcases without feeling cramped. The thoughtful room design contributed to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
4. **Friendly Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience, making us feel welcome and valued.
5. **Cleanliness:** Both the room and the hotel as a whole were impeccably clean. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards was evident in every corner, creating a pleasant and reassuring environment.
6. **Family-Friendly:** The hotel proved to be a hit with my children, who loved every aspect of our stay. The family-friendly atmosphere, spacious room, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for a family vacation.
**Cons:**
While the overall experience was stellar, the only drawback was the hotel's washing machines. Despite being available, they fell short of expectations. The machines were not industrial-grade, and post-wash, clothes remained damp. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did not overshadow the many positive aspects of our stay.
**Conclusion:**
In conclusion, the Tenza Hotel and SKYSPA at Sapporo Central provided a delightful and memorable stay. With its prime location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and cleanliness, it offers a superb experience for both business and leisure travelers. While the washing machine hiccup was a minor issue, it did little to diminish the overall excellence of this establishment. I highly recommend Tenza Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapporo. My children, in particular, expressed their love for this hotel, and I am sure we will be returning on our next visit to the city.

I stayed in the annex building 10th floor. The facility is well maintained and the room renovation is pretty new.
The room is spacious. Spa and laundry are very convenient.
Hotel staff was very helpful. Because I had 3 big luggages so I need a taxi to go to Sapporo station and they helped me quickly.
The breakfast buffet was fabulous. It definitely worth a try.

After one night with a wall view, the front desk accepted our request to change the room for the window view for the following another 4 days’ staying. The new remodeling annex one seems a bit more spacy and neat, with which we were very satisfied after all for the rest of staying which was about a week long.(otherwise, terrible to imagine stuck in the dark room..)
Environmental friendly hotel- thanks to Sauna free to use, never used shower booth in the room after all. You can pick up daily amenities in need at reception, as room cleaning will be hold for 3 days.
Breakfast- various Japanese and Sapporo cuisine. A bit pressure to enjoy freely with time, though.
Location- quite far from Sapporo station but walkable, near to arcade shopping center and suzukino. I may revisit here next time when in a good promotion.
