I came here with an acute contact-lens related eye-infection emergency which could have potentially been very serious. The receptionist told me to get lost, giving me a number to call for help. Sorry but if this is a hospital, they should be able to deal with emergencies. She was also extremely rude, offering no help beyond a piece of paper and no concern for my problem. I was not even allowed to stay inside to make the call. This is despite having a huge bulging infected eyeball which clearly needed urgent attention. Absolute disgrace. I'm going to be making a formal complaint regarding this. In every country I have been to, a general hospital is a place you can expect to go to in an emergency and receive treatment.

In March 2024, he collapsed at the entrance and was rushed to Mejiro Hospital.
(Even though the coronavirus has ended in the world) Meetings with family are prohibited.
Diagnosis explanation was insufficient and inconsiderate.
A week after being admitted, I still haven't heard from her, so I called her to make an inquiry, and she said, ``I'll contact you if I need anything, so please don't call me.''
I received a call from the hospital I was transferred to (Elderly Care) for the transfer procedure, and when I requested a call back because I was not home, the patient ignored me and left me alone.

When my father finally escaped two months later, he had become a completely emasculated human being.

Thank you for taking care of my mother when she was hospitalized. It seems that there are probably no rooms that do not have a bed charge.
As of March of this year, it was not possible to visit people who were hospitalized. My impression is that once you are admitted to the hospital, you can continue to be admitted to the hospital fairly easily. Although they did replace the diapers for me while I was in the hospital, I was told to either bring in the actual diapers or buy them at the hospital store.
The doctors and nurses at the hospital were kind.
In the end, I was transferred to another hospital, but I was able to work closely with the hospital I was transferred to.

I was in the hospital for a week.
When I was admitted to the hospital, I noticed that there were many elderly patients, and some had dementia.
I think they accept patients who would be turned away at other hospitals.
She keeps calling the nurse, takes off her diaper without permission, and leaves the bed full of filth...
It looks more like a nursing home than a hospital. The nurses in the inpatient ward provide care in addition to treatment, so I think it's harder than in other hospitals. I was humbled.

I am very grateful that he was taken to the hospital immediately after suffering from a stroke at a young age, and that he has made an almost complete recovery.
The neurosurgery doctor and ICU nurses were very kind and polite, and made me feel at ease.
However, general hospitalization, office, and outpatient services were not good.
I asked for a medical certificate twice, but both times the kanji for my name, address, and age were incorrect, so it seems like they didn't double-check. Moreover, I don't know the circumstances, but one took two months.
Some people answered the phone in a hostile manner.
The fact that the medical certificate is cheaper than others is good for your pocket.
There are some things going on, but overall I'm grateful that I was able to recover.
