I ordered a large bowl of tonkotsu 🍜 The noodles are straight thin noodles, and the soup is light tonkotsu🐷Since it was my first time eating it, I ordered the normal one, but for me, the rich option is a MUST for the light soup. I added ramen sauce because it was there. The thin noodles were firm but average, so I ordered a substitute with barikata. As the name of the store suggests, the selling point is family pedigree. There are many types of ramen, but I'm excited about the possibilities and think I'll order Iekei next time 😊 Also, I'm closed on Sundays and I have to work on weekdays, so I can only go on Saturday afternoons! Our business hours are from 11:00 to 15:00, so please consider opening at night! ️

The woman was cooking. There are two tatami rooms for six people and nine seats at the counter, and the tonkotsu ramen has thin noodles with chashu, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. It's not as rich as its affiliated company, Furaiken, but it's a strong, rich soup. There is quite a lot of soup. I usually eat with the intention of drinking everything, but I couldn't finish it all. Unfortunately, the chashu was a little oxidized. Managing chashu is difficult, isn't it?

The parking lot is limited to 6 cars in front of the store, making it difficult for Hiace cars. Are there others? The photo shows Iekei seaweed + a large serving of rice from the beginning. It's a little different from Yokohama, as it comes from a family that tends to have a strong soy sauce flavor, so it's less salty, but it's oily and rich. It was delicious as usual. I added garlic along the way and sprinkled the soup over the rice, making the seaweed roll delicious.

It's far from my house, but I go there because it's delicious. I went there for the first time in a while and ate Tsukemen for the first time in a while. Order 1.5 (900 yen)! There are so many different sizes and types of ramen, so there are a lot of buttons on the ticket vending machine lol I always worry about which one to choose ჱ̒¯‎꒳¯)⟡ The char siu has 3 pieces of melty pork, flavored egg, seaweed, and spinach on top, making it very filling! However, I feel like the dipping sauce is thinner than when I ate it a long time ago...( •︠ˍ•︡ ) Perhaps because it's only run by women, it's super friendly and attentive! I don't think there is any other ramen shop that will see you off near the entrance even though it's busy! There are plenty of table sets and plenty of goods that are child-friendly. There are seats at the counter, a tatami room, and a table behind the back door, so families come here, and I get the impression that there are a lot of men taking a break from work for lunch. I want to eat there again when I go to Kiyotake area!

was delicious. I don't know what the theme was, but it was completed as a single bowl. Personally recommended. If you dare to look for something, ① I thought that if the boiled eggs soaked in the flavor, the taste would change and it would be more delicious. ② Thickly sliced char siu is appealing, but it would be great if you could also choose the creamy char siu. I thought.
