Clean and comfortable place. Shingo is very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to Grand Hirafu. Bus stop is 1 min walk away, very convenient. The bus in Niseko is not frequent. Check for bus timetable to plan your travel.

Great place about 4 mins drive (20min walk) to niseko hirafu. Very convenient and simple, perfect for the price. English speaking host, washing machine, warm rooms and simple kitchen area. Great for singles or couples coming to ski or snowboard. Plenty of support documents, ski resort, onsen and nearest facilities. Bus map and pickup available from key areas.

Unless you're on a family trip, you usually stay in a room by yourself, so the shower room is a bit small since we didn't have bunk beds. There was dust on the bunk bed ladder, and there was dust on the shelves. but~.

It's new and clean, and I think it's comfortable for solo or long-term stays. Above all, the view of Mt. Yotei from the window of the common space is spectacular. The owner and staff are kind, so you can feel at ease knowing they can teach you a lot of things.
