Coffee shop • Japan, 〒104-0045 Tokyo, Chuo City, Tsukiji, 1-chōme−12−22, Konwa Bldg., 1F
Located on the first floor of Konwa Building in Tsukiji 1-chome, Amber Pavilion is a secretly popular spot among coffee lovers. Once located in Ginza 4-chome and known as a filming location for the movie "It's Tough Being a Man", the shop moved to its current location about ten years ago. Preserving its history and tradition, it has been reborn as a space with new charm.
Stepping inside feels like entering another world. Natural light streams through large windows, a high ceiling, lush green plants, and paintings on the walls evoke a leisurely passage of time. Soft classical music completes the sophisticated atmosphere.
The essence of Amber Pavilion lies in its exquisite coffee. Utilizing a world-renowned German-made roaster, each cup brewed from carefully roasted beans tastes truly blissful. Particularly popular is the "Brazil", a blend of beans selected from 20 contract farms, offering a harmony of caramel, nut, and chocolate flavors with light acidity.
Alongside coffee, there is an emphasis on tea and herbal tea, catering to a wide range of preferences. A morning menu is also available, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious morning with sandwiches and other light meals.
Equipped with free Wi-Fi, it is an optimal environment for work or study. Near the entrance, newspapers and magazines are available for leisurely reading.
Amber Pavilion is a rare space where you can spend time leisurely, even amidst the bustling city. A special place that lets you forget the busyness of everyday life, with premium coffee and a tranquil atmosphere. When visiting Tsukiji or Ginza, be sure to stop by. It will surely become your "favorite place".
