Visited for the first time in a while. At 11:30, there were two groups of customers. I ordered the Sasebo Tonkotsu Ramen and Sherman Bowl Set. Delivery is speedy. The ramen seemed to be creamier than before...well, it was delicious. The shaman bowl had a lot of chashu and the seasoning was a little strong, which made me like it even more.

The main store in Hirota? I became a fan after eating tonkotsu ramen there, and when a Sasa branch opened nearby, I was excited to visit it (I gave up last week because there was a long line to get in). I ordered the Sasebo Tonkotsu Ramen. Grilled bacon (Big Man?) instead of chashu, seasonal vegetables and onions. I guess it's just a matter of taste, but the onions were cooked so sweet that the sweetness spread throughout the ramen, which I didn't like. The grilled bacon was also very tasty, but I thought it took away from the balance of the ramen. I prefer the standard tonkotsu ramen. Also, since I have a stupid tongue, I couldn't understand the taste of basil.
I'm also interested in salt ramen and soy sauce ramen.

The MARU dragon signboard caught my eye while I was driving.
Huh?! I thought to myself and made a U-turn.
MARU Ryu's new store in Hirota is definitely my favorite.
Actually, I was on my way to MARU Ryu in Hirota today too (lol)
It was opened in June.
I didn't notice it at all because I don't come to the Sasebo area very often.
It was a little after 11 o'clock, so I went inside the store without waiting.
The interior of the store, which has been open for 4 months, is clean and there is parking for 10 cars, which is very convenient.
Even if there is a waiting time, if you wait in your car, the staff will come to call you.
Now, as for the most important taste...
It was delicious, but it felt salty overall, probably because it was getting cooler and my body wasn't looking for salt.
Also, the temperature of the soup when served was low (lukewarm).
My companion had the same impression.
I wonder if it was a mistake to top it with my favorite fried green onion...
I hope it was a coincidence.
After the meal, my companion bought Sonogi tea at the 7 store next door and it was delicious.
However, at a franchise store, even if you offer the same taste as the main store, it's easy to get criticized.
I intentionally set ⭐️ to -1 with hopes for the future.
I'm sure business is tough these days, but this fortress group is undoubtedly the most delicious in Nagasaki. As a fan, I just hope that you do your best.
