Located on a small hill in Miyake-cho, Nara Prefecture, is the Torita Farm. Here, you can taste large, intensely flavorful strawberries that have been meticulously cultivated. These exceptional strawberries, which have won numerous awards at tasting events, can be enjoyed to your heart's content in an all-you-can-eat style.
As you step into the greenhouse, a sweet and sour fragrance permeates the air. The varieties include the main Asuka Ruby, Yumenoka, and Kotohana, all three of which have fully ripened bright red fruits. When you put them in your mouth, the balance of rich sweetness and moderate acidity is exquisite. You might find yourself intoxicated by the taste and aroma.
You can eat strawberries to your heart's content until you are full. Children are also delighted to eat the bright red strawberries with their hands. It's a delight to find super-sized strawberries hidden beneath the crowd, and even reserved children will enjoy this activity by wearing an apron.
The Torita Farm is recommended even for first-time strawberry pickers. There is little congestion, allowing you to enjoy strawberries to the fullest without waiting. The cost performance is also good, and more and more people are becoming repeat visitors year after year. Once you taste it, you'll want to come back, making it a paradise for strawberries.
