We stumbled upon a hidden gem! 💎 From the outside, we could smell the delicious food, but we couldn't find the entrance. We randomly opened a door and voila! Inside, it was cozy and small, but the food was simply incredible! 😍 We ordered from a machine with an English menu, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten-free friend. They were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Overall a very yummy and fun experience. The door is the light gray with dark gray siding. No name on the outside. We opened random doors to find the place. Once you enter, you are greeted by a machine where you pre order and pay for your noodles. English is available. I loved the standard noodle. But if you’re a yuzu lover there is yuzu infused noodles. Then I ordered all the toppings. The beef intestine was very salty and fatty, decadent. The Japanese beef slices were tender. The char Siu pork was standard and good. The tonkotsu broth is very thick in texture. The soy cured soft boiled egg was my favorite topping. The chef was very nice but seemed shy or maybe just shy to Americans. His helper was Canadian and we were able to converse easily.

An exquisite dining experience! Their yuzu flavoured ramen is beyond words!!! The broth is creamy and tender, the noodles al dente, and the ingredients freshly minced. And not to mention the interior, minimalist and elegant!

Most probably the best ramen I’ve had in Japan. The soup is very thick and rich, the pork is so flavorful. Try the raw egg, which you get on the side to dip your noodles in.

6 seats in the restaurant. If the seats are full, Wait for queue outside until the cook call you to come. Order from the machine , dont for get to add egg , it is delicious Taste of ramen Salty, little beef but egg is good
