Overall, the snowmobile activity offers good value for money, except for the staff. We came as a family to enjoy our holiday in Niseko. However, our first impression was poor from the outset. We waited in heavy snow for our time slot, but no staff accommodated us, even though they saw us. They could have invited us to the fitting room. Additionally, a Japanese male staff member was extremely rude. While we were changing, he quietly urged our group to hurry up. During the practice session, he didn't pay much attention to ensure our comfort with riding the snowmobile, comparing to other snowmobile company. When two members of our family fell off during the ride, he took a very long time to reach the spot and didn't even ask if we were okay.

I stumbled upon the website for Hokkaido Lion Adventure when looking for different activities around thr Niseko area and thought the activities looked fun and the prices were reasonable compared to other activities around the area. The website was in Japanese but as an English speaker it was still really easy to book and communication was great. The pick up service made it easy to access too! Thanks for a lovely ride on the river- it was a beautiful day and all the staff were lovely and made it a great experience! :)

In August 2023, I participated in a clear stream rafting trip on the Shiribetsu River 😊 I have experienced rafting in Niseko many times in the past, but my usual guide was full and unavailable, so this time I asked Lion Adventure for the first time. The meeting place, Niseko Base, was conveniently located right next to Niseko Station and the Shiribetsu River. I paid an additional fee of 1,000 yen to ask for a photo shoot, but I was disappointed that the number of photos was small considering the additional fee 😖⤵ The time on the boat was short, and the guide was rather indifferent, so I felt like it was not very interesting💦 It was a very hot day, so playing in the river was nice and cool, and it was fun, so I thought I'd like to experience it again with my usual guide next time.

My family and I experienced "clear stream rafting". All the staff were kind, polite and nice. When I come to Hokkaido again, I would like to try rafting, so I look forward to your visit. Both stickers and T-shirts can be purchased at reasonable prices, so please give them a try.

I went in July with my 2 year old son and wife! The inside was spacious with a cafe and a play area for children. It was quiet since it was a weekday, but it seems to be crowded on weekends and holidays. What I was happy about was that there was a play area for children! There was a wide variety of toys and even picture books. The location was great, surrounded by nature, and I suddenly thought it would be great to work here.
