New Otani inn Tokyo was a very nice hotel that was quite close to the Osaki station. It had a convenience store that was very useful near the hotel there were a lot of restraints so you could eat at the hotel or at the restaurants. I would recommend coming here.

Nice hotel with a huge variety of meal for breakfast ! Very clean and usefull room , USB charger on thé front of the desk.Well located very close to the Osaki station, very easy for mobiliy in Tokyo, 25 mn from Shibuya by example :-) Very Nice !

The hotel offered the worst quality of bed sheets!!! The room is so tiny that barely fit a few luggages inside. The worst part is the rough bed sheets; low quality bed sheets and pillows. Staff cannot speak English but thank you for trying. The location of the hotel is quite far from the CBD.**** The extremely rough bed sheets caused us irritation and sleepless nights. Questions1. Does the Japan Tourism Ministry monitor and regulate the standard of hotels? 2. Does this hotel legally operate in a claimed civilized country like Japan? 3. If legally operated, why does the hotel provide the worst quality bed sheets?

ABQ Okami

The location is very convenient with a covered walk to the JR station, and this makes getting to Shinagawa or Shibuya very quick. The price for a busy weekend was reasonable. The staff was fine, and the room was slightly old-fashioned but clean and in good shape. Unfortunately, the bed was terrible. It had a very stiff mattress which shook every time one of us moved. Neither of us had a good nights sleep because of it, and unless the mattresses are improved, we will not be back.

Stayed for 2 nights with family, 2rms. Great location but super warm rooms which feel like there is no ventilation despite aircon fan at high. (Cannot imagine how it’d be like during summer) No temperature controls for aircon, only H,M,L fan speed. Saw the other reviews about the warm rooms but went ahead with booking it for the location, but …….Yamamoto line very busy and crowded most of the time. Getting to Shinagawa can be tough at times esp with luggages. Generally, the Japanese staff at the front desk are less friendly vs the non-japanese staff. Find that once we speak English, the Japanese staff tend to be curt. There was a young male Japanese front desk staff who was like this. It feels that there is differentiating service attitude towards Japanese guests vs foreign guests. But the non Japanese staff are much more friendly and helpful. Do not feel welcomed here. Been in Tokyo so many times, with the good transport network, other options might be better.
