It's a nice prefectural park✨. There was a day-trip hot spring, a free dog run, and a snow-covered sliding platform, but I never expected summer in Niigata to be this hot, even in the mountains. There's a cool breeze in the shade of the trees, but there's no one at the dog park. Yuki looks boring too😅. Now that I've had a good preview of the place, I'm planning to visit it again, including the hot spring village, in a better season👍.

Bathing around noon on weekdays I was there for an hour I was able to relax and enjoy the hot springs by myself.

There is a huge parking lot, but there was no one there and it was quiet. There is a barbecue area, dog run, and rock garden. There is also a hot spring facility called Yupio.

I stopped by before going to the inn. There seems to be a bathing facility as well. The park has a fun play area for children.

Although the park is small, there is a hot spring facility for day trips. There are also two hot spring hotels nearby. There is nowhere to eat.
