Expensive in comparison to other hotels in we stayed in Japan and of lower quality. The room did not have air conditioning, only a fan. In this day and age, air conditioning should be standard for a hotel in Japan. The staff on the other hand were extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent for the price. I spent less than $50/night to stay here. The room is small by American standards, but the space was fine. I had enough room to lay out my suitcase and that is all I really need. Most of the staff speaks some English. They like to take your key when you leave and place a coupon for each person to have a free drink when you return. Options include orange juice, coffee, beer, and others that I forgot. When I would ask them to call a taxi it was always there in less than 5 minutes and the staff would walk out with me and explain to the drive where I wanted to go. When I would leave the sign up not to be disturbed during cleaning time they would leave a package outside my door with extra shampoo, conditioned, body wash, tooth brush, nightgown, towels, and slippers. When I allowed them in to clean the room they did an excellent job each time. They cleaned the entire room instead of just making the bed like some American places do. They taught me how to use the thermostat and how to open the window. The cleaning lady even helped tie my dress one morning. The bathroom looks small, but it is very common for here. I actually loved taking a bath here because the tub is so deep I could have both my shoulders, knees, and feet in the water at the same time! I recommend 100% and would gladly stay here again.

The room and location was decent for what you pay for the stay. I was only there for 11 days to PCS. The halls have an old weird smell but my room was clean. The sheets weren’t the cleanest, you could tell they were old from minor stains. Overall the service was good, parking wasn’t too bad. The only thing I did not like about this place and the reason I’m giving them one star is because they charged me a cleaning fee for something I cleaned and was no longer visible and made up bs excuses not to refund me my money. Needless to say I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Not great. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at, but the bed springs could be felt through the sheets. It was noisy and everything looks like it was 40 years old. The staff were nice, though.

This hotel keep room, lobby and e.t.c. clean. The staffs were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed and pillow are so hard. And the wall of room is thin so that I heard voice and other sound from next room. But, the price is reasonable. There are reason why I vote 3-stars.
