This share house is The rooms have been renovated with plaster walls and solid cedar flooring, which will please those who like nature, and the rooms have a cute feel. We receive pesticide-free vegetables once a month, and we also have a farm, so everyone can enjoy the vegetables. We also have a gas oven, so you can enjoy your life by sharing homemade snacks and talking around the pellet stove. Best of all, it's right next to the spectacular ocean view! ! You can easily take a walk in the morning, watch the sunset, I really like being able to spend time feeling nature.

When I toured the garden for the first time, I saw the plastered walls, cedar flooring, and pellet stove.As a natural person, I was impressed by the landlord's consideration for the residents, so I decided to live here without hesitation. I did. After living there, I realized that this place is like a stop for my heart. I’m home! Welcome back! Take care! See you! The people who live under the direction of a landlord who values relationships with people are unique and kind, and immediately warmly welcome new people in like family. Regular social gatherings with people from other buildings are also unique to this Warakkyo share house! However, the meet-ups and occasional events are not intrusive, and it's always up to you to decide what you want to do. While interacting with various people, I reconsider myself and set out on a journey. I think that's the kind of place it is. This share house is recommended for people who want to live in harmony with nature.

I felt a sense of relief when I heard that some people had lived in the women-only share house for a long time. Warm atmosphere of wood, plaster, and greenery◎ Close to the station. Since it's close to the sea, I thought it would be nice to be able to easily go to the sea for daily walks. The owner communicates in a way that shows he cares about the feelings of each resident, so I felt like I could trust them and talk to them for advice, and that I could live with peace of mind.
