Karashi Takanashi and red pickled ginger are served. It was a light type of ramen with a pork bone base. The rice ball of the course was so big that I was shocked. The parking lot is large and easy to park. The clerk was also kind.

Visited with my son. My son doesn't like kotteri, so we decided on this restaurant, which has a relatively light snack. It looks like it has been in business for quite some time. I ordered tonkotsu ramen and white ramen. The soup is an orthodox pork bone soup and is sweet. The noodles are about as thin as extra thin noodles and thin noodles. The chashu is thinly sliced and soft. I've been repeating this more than 10 times and it's consistently delicious. It doesn't have the punchy taste of a rich type, but it has a gentle taste that makes you feel relieved. I was seated in a tatami room, but most of the customers around me were families, so even people with children could eat there without any problems. The price is also reasonable as it costs less than 1000 yen even if you replace it.

Although it is outside the ramen hotspots of Minami-Oita and Shimo-gori, it is open until 24 hours and has a steady stream of customers, so it seems to have a good reputation for its taste.

The classic pork bone ramen shop in Oita. This is a restaurant where you will be happy with the flavorful soup made with thoroughly cooked pork bones. The Karashi Takana, which takes advantage of the aroma of pickled mustard greens and sesame oil, went well with ramen and rice and was very satisfying.

Ramen is my favorite flavor. However, the customer service is not good. There were two older men and a woman, but no one told them about mustard greens, etc., and I realized it only after I finished eating. I was a little disappointed because I think things would have been different if there were more responsible people in the store.
