Cash only. I ordered the thick-sliced meat ramen and the greedy set. It seems that instead of chicken char siu, it has been changed to thick slices of pork or pork belly char siu. The soup was as light and delicious as ever. It seems like the menu has expanded to include miso and mixed soba noodles, so I'd like to try them. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store.

There was no English menu, but I was able to choose based on the recommendations. The soup is very rich and delicious. I enjoyed the egg rice because I was told to add soy sauce to it. This restaurant is better than expected.

I visited Ryohana Ozu store in Ozu City, Ehime Prefecture. Speaking of Ozu, it is Ozu Castle, but I visited it about a year ago. A nearby hotel caught fire and caused a commotion. Their main specialty is salt ramen, and they operate several stores in Shikoku. There are about 10 parking spaces next to each other. The inside is also spacious and can accommodate over 30 people. I ordered the luxurious salt ramen (flavored egg, plum, and 2 slices of chashu) for 990 yen. There were 5 seats at the counter and 8 seats at the table.The restaurant was full. The store is lively. The noodles are ready in about 8 minutes. It is characterized by the fact that it has pickled plums on it. There are very few places that serve salt ramen with pickled plums. The visuals are similar to clear salt ramen, but the soup is plain hot water. A moderately thick menma is placed on a thick and powerful char siu. The menma is also firm and flavorful, making it delicious. The char siu is holo type, but it also has a deep flavor that matches the salt. Do you want a twist of saltiness? I am so shocked that this is my first time writing a review. I ordered Tsukemen to share with my child. As I continued eating, thinking how delicious it was, I noticed a fly-like insect floating in the dipping sauce. I didn't want to eat the dipping sauce that had insects floating on it, so I told the staff and she replaced me with a new dipping sauce. I received an apology and said, ``I'm sorry,'' and then I went back to eating, saying that I'm glad I got a new one, but to my surprise, there was another insect that looked like a fly. I asked my companion to check it out, but unfortunately it was definitely an insect. I was so shocked that I didn't feel like telling the staff, so I left the store without eating any more. What's the hygiene situation like? I didn't think there was a bug in it the second time either. I used to love it so much that I was worried that everyone was eating ramen with bugs in it without realizing it.
