We are two backpackers from Sweden visiting Japan for two months and we had a fantastic time at FAV LUX while in Nagasaki. The hotel is really well located in the the dutch quarter, close to transport and many attractions; and it has all the amenities and services to make a smooth and fun trip! We had the double room, it was a real luxury and at a great price!
The rooms are modern, clean, very comfy and well-designed, and big enough for a whole family! The staff was really friendly and obliging, and helped us with recommendations and tips, besides letting us store our luggage after checking out. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Nagasaki!

Walking distance to major attractions like Glover Garden and Chinatown. Delighted by the amenities in the tatami room for four persons, including induction cooker, pots and pans and eating utensils, even an in-room washing machine and dryer, plus personal onsen bathtub and showering area, large smart TV, etc. Service was first class with a smile, reserved parking available at 2,000 yen per day (although we didn’t get one spot on the first day we arrived as it was already all taken up by other guests). Showering and bathtub area separated from sink, and toilet also separated; many people can simultaneously use the washing facilities. Hotel smells new and fresh, walls and furnishings are clean and modern, USB plug points everywhere which is extremely thoughtful and useful, window could be opened for fresh air, everything was as perfect as can be. Highly recommended.
