らーめん東京亭
A store that will make you addicted to dried sardines! Tsukemen is recommended, but the policy seems to be to eat ramen.
I verbally ordered rich ramen for 1000 yen.
The soup is a rich muddy potage.
The double soup of pork bones and dried sardines has a melting texture that will make you addicted.
The noodles are yellow, curly round noodles, chewy and filling, and soak in the soup!
Three pieces of pork belly flavor are soft and melty, and you'll feel like you've eaten meat!
The bonito fishmeal on the seaweed has a strange taste, and you can feel the super dried sardines!
You'll get addicted to the super rich soup that you won't find at other restaurants!

Arrived on Friday night before 9pm. It was close to closing, but it seemed like there were a lot of people slipping in. 950 yen of thick tsukemen with heat. There is also a cold version, but I recommend eating warm noodles with piping hot soup. It's really delicious no matter when you eat it.

The restaurant was one of the first to start making ◯Rinsha-style tsukemen in Niigata around the time of the tsukemen boom more than ten years ago, which is why the name "Rinsha" is so unique.
The signature menu item, Tsukemen, is served in a special rich soup with fish flakes on seaweed. It's a pleasant rip-off (maybe it's a tie-up?)
At the time, I was hooked on the Tokunobushi style soup, which was not available in Niigata, and went there quite a bit.
It feels normal now though
This is a stable Daruma-ya group. If you download the Daruma-ya app before entering the store, you can get some kind of coupon for about 100 to 200 yen.

You can choose between cold and hot servings, but cold servings are better. Hot servings come soaked in the boiling water, so the soup doesn't stick to them, and the soup becomes diluted, resulting in a bland taste.
I feel like it was more special when I came a long time ago, but I wonder if it was like this? Was the excitement a failure?
Has the current manager ever eaten Tsukemen from ◯Rinsha?

I used it when I stayed at a nearby business hotel. There is a parking space on the premises of the store, so there is no problem if you use the store by car. A staff member will take your order after you are seated. Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I ordered the recommended ``rich ramen'', and since I was hungry, I upped the volume to ``medium ramen + 70 yen''. The waiter will bring the cold food to your seat. This time, I really noticed how hard this clerk worked. 10 seats at the counter? About 5 tables for 4 people? It was around 7pm, but I was in charge of taking orders, making cold soups, ordering to the kitchen, serving food, clearing the cash register, cleaning up dishes, and disinfecting by myself. Two staff members were in charge of the kitchen. The staff at this hall was this woman, and as I watched her, I was impressed by how admirable and wonderful she was as she worked silently without making any unnecessary comments. The rich ramen I ordered was to my liking. If it wasn't a medium portion, I might have ordered rice and eaten it with the soup. It's a good store that I would like to come back to. I would be happy if the staff at that hall would do their best when I come again.

Daruma Group's familiar tsukemen shop
There is also a parking lot behind the store, and code payments are possible.
Spicy Tsukemen:
The sensation differs depending on the person, but the spiciest in Japan is the spiciness that allows you to feel the taste of the soup, and as explained, it is stronger than the spiciness that people who like spicy food can eat in moderation.
Rich Tsukemen: According to the store's comments, it seems to be the most popular. It's a sweet dipping sauce with the aroma of seafood stock, and it's said to be rich, but it's not as thick as if it were a soup stock.
The noodles are thick and filling like Sanuki udon. Tsukemen can be served hot or cold.
If you don't want the soup to be diluted, it's better to have it cold, but the dipping sauce isn't very hot, so cold makes it easier to cool down.
Please note that there are mid-day holidays on weekdays and Saturdays and Sundays, and business hours are different from regular business hours.
There are coupons etc. in the app.
It's extremely difficult to get into a parking lot, especially on holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
You can experience Niigata, which has some of the worst driving manners in the nation due to traffic jams coming from Aeon.
There are also occasional instances of people ignoring the right turn prohibition from nearby Yamada Electric and forcibly cutting in, so be careful of oncoming lanes in the neighborhood.
