Stayed at the top floor quadruple room. Lovely sunset and mountain view. Very spacious and well-equipped room, with toothbrush, towels, coffee making set, fridge, and complimentary bottled water. Our room has a private bathtub with onsen water, and a standing shower. There are two buttons to choose between footbath and full body bath at the onsen. Public onsen and relaxation rooms are available on 1/F. The breakfast is very delicious with a lot of local dishes made from local ingredients. Highly recommend!

Fabulous luxury hotel and spa in Kirishima a short walk from Maruo Falls Rooms feature your own private rotemburo as well as a hand coffee grinder and beans. Evening meals are Italian or Japanese.

The hotel is very nice and new and there is out of expectations experience. 1. There is snacks time at 6-7pm, I did not visit that due to the dinner time at the same. 2. The dinner booked with the room is a must try experience. It's used Japanese ingredients with western cooking method, the important is they are tasking good. 3. The 3 private family Onsen can be used without reserved if no one is using it. The view from there is fantastic garden. Besides, you can taste free juice ice bar after taken onsen. 4. You can enjoy in room onsen bath anytime. 5. Free Ramen time from 10-11pm.

Came here on a Thursday night in first week of October - 25000 yen for room picked on arrival, breakfast and dinner included. Even though the hotel wasn't full we were given a room with no view in back corner - if you get room 404 or 403 (I guess any of the 03 or 04 numbers) don't expect any views. The room itself is great and large all ckme with a bath outside which uses onsen water. The onsen is very nice and wasn't busy when we went... But guess hotel wasn't full. Breakfast is typical dormy inn style, wasn't bad nor great... Some specialty items but overall premium business hotel style. Dinner was ok, decent amount of food and ok quality - staff were really friendly. Normal check in is 4pm and checkout 10am which is not great... Overall if you can get a reasonable price it's decent. Did see that the prices hit 40,000 when the goverment support kicked in, definitely would pay that.

really nice hotel with wonderful scenery, and hotel room is spacious with open air bathing pool at balcony. meals are of acceptable quality which could be better in particular the western style dinner set. all in all, a good hotel and highly recommended for relaxing stays.
