It was an amazing stay. We stayed in the suite room at the highest floor. It had a jet spa, a dedicated sauna, and a separate bedroom. The living room also has a large couch on which one adult can comfortably sleep. The view of the mountain and the Tower Resort on morning was breathtaking.

My stay at The Tower was exceptional. The staff provided outstanding assistance, and their services were meticulously planned. The included breakfasts were a highlight, featuring a vast array of premium items coupled with flawless service. Additionally, the snowboarding lessons, especially those conducted by ひろ, were superb. I'm eager to return to this resort for another memorable experience.

A memorable 10 day stay this winter at Tomamu the Tower. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We like the view from the room during snowing. The food options were abundant during our stay. The buffet dinning hal was the best, so does the buffer at the Forest Restaurant. Ski was amazing too, kids also like the Mina-Mina beach and we adults enjoy the Japanese style bath a lot.

My son and daughter's first time of seeing snow. My son, Finn, age of 5, took lessons from the snow academy. We were very lucky to have a fun and a patient instructor, Andy Li. It's good we had same coach most of the time and Finn got better and better with each lesson. It was awesome that I can finally ride with my son and seeing him doing Ss carving the snow. My son bonded with Andy and he looked forward for lessons every morning. If you are looking for good coach for snowboarding, I highly recommend Andy Li.

Staff are very friendly. 3 buses per hour to Tower hotel where most activity centres are located. Very convenient.
