I've been going to Tanegashima ever since I was inspired by ETV's ``Furu Cafe Kei Haru's Holiday''! I decided. It was a 150-year-old cafe with a great atmosphere.
I ordered the ``Beef tendon curry (with salad) drink set'' (with mini cake) and then the ``Strawberry shortcake ice cream''. The food and sweets were exquisite! The staff was very kind and friendly, and I had a great solo birthday 😅 Payment can be made via PayPay. Wi-Fi is available. The parking lot is behind the store. Business hours are 11:30 to 15:00 (opening hours seem to be shorter on Sundays). If I remember correctly, the regular holiday was Monday. If you come to Tanegashima, please stop by.

The restaurant is said to have been renovated from a 150-year-old kojiya, and the lighting and interior design give it a nostalgic feel. There were table seats, counter seats, and tatami seats, so we had a relaxing time.
I used it for lunch, but the staff was working alone, so I think it's best to arrive with plenty of time to spare. The beef tendon curry was melty and tender and extremely delicious. Next time, I would like to enjoy the dessert menu such as parfait.
It was also very fun to see the tools used during the Kojiya period.

I had beef tendon curry🍛, garlic shrimp & grilled chicken.
I was able to relax in the tatami space.

For lunch, I had the ginger-grilled pork! As it was written on the menu, the meat is tender.I wonder if the rice is multi-grain rice, and the miso soup is mild but has a strong taste! ! And potatoes! ! The scent of perilla was fluffy, it melted just right, and everything was delicious 😋🍴💕 Next time I go, I'll order the curry ✨
Also, all the store staff are extremely kind! !
Highly recommended for lunch or when you have a short break ✨
