Double Gross

Supposed to be staying at the hotel, they gave me no information on arrival times or a reference number. Tried to phone ahead to get these and was told they are not English and hung up on me. Unclear whether I have been charged or not. Extremely poor experiance, if you want an easy time do not visit here. Booked through lastminute.com who were equally unhelpful with no foreign speaking services. Not what is expected from a hotel or the usual hospitality you can find through japan After reading other reviews seen that staff are a regular problem here with both Japanese and foreigners having problems. Also fairly obvious guests have not gone through the hotel and taken 3d pictures of every room, it is the owners pretending to upload as guests

I was traveling with a friend and saw that the hotel had billiards-themed rooms, taiko drums, and flying flags, so I gave it a try. The price was reasonable, the room was big, and the place was clean. I asked the hotel for a billiards-themed room, and the hotel cooperated and booked two rooms. There is a room, and the other room has a fish tank. The hotel provides free breakfast. You can also pay for a richer breakfast. Select it when you check in. In the morning, a staff member will put it in the food cabinet in your room. But it is inconvenient. I didn’t have a room card at the time. Every time I went out, I had to call the front desk to tell me to leave and help open and lock the door. When I came back, I had to call the staff to open and lock the door. We went out for dinner at night and wanted to find friends in another room. You can't come in and out freely. In addition, you can't play on my billiard table🤣 because there is not enough space to pull the lever. There were stains of unknown liquids on several places on the table, so we did not use it. The same is true for the entire street located in the hotel. This type of hotel is colorful and each one has a beautiful appearance.

I have used it once every two times when traveling to Yamanashi Prefecture, and it has been well received by the girls I travel with, and they always have a comfortable stay. It's a shame that you can't enter the President's Room unless you make a reservation (it fills up quickly) (￣▽￣;)

I stayed here on a whim while traveling to Yamanashi. It's different from a so-called love hotel. The room was clean, there was a variety of food to choose from, and the facilities were well-equipped, so I was really satisfied. Even though VR was available, I still regret drinking too much in the room with the beer server and falling asleep right away. I think it's a good hotel with a good sense of fun. Each room seems to have a different concept, so it seemed like it would be fun no matter how many times I went. I'm already looking forward to going next time.
