I came to the store around 13:00 on a weekday afternoon. I was glad it was empty because it was in an office area, but by the time I was eating, the place was full. As expected from the 100 Famous Stores, Mr. Shisei is the best. I ordered the special clam ramen that I had been curious about for a long time. I'm really happy that they provide special chashu pork and boiled eggs on separate plates. As a result, I was able to take a photo of the clear soup and noodles, so I was very satisfied. And the most important thing is the taste...I fell in love with it as soon as I took a sip. Convinced that this was absolutely delicious, I wanted to eat it with white rice, so I lined up again at the ticket machine and discovered something called Shibikaradon. When I asked the staff, they said it would definitely go well with Ushio Ramen. Then you have no choice but to order! I thought about it and ordered more. As soon as I took a bite of the rice bowl, I ordered the mince rice bowl, which had a spiciness that made me shiver, which was different from the Ushio ramen. I also finished off the leftover Ushio Ramen, which still had the aroma of clams and the soup and noodles. The owner, the landlady, and the female clerk were all very energetic people, and I was very satisfied with everything about the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the store. When I visited before 12 o'clock on a Friday, there were only 8 customers in the store and I was able to enter right away. The restaurant has 6 counter seats, 3 tables for 2 people, and 2 tables for 4 people. I bought Seabura Tsukemen from the ticket machine in the store, and my companion bought Shio Soba with clam soup. After a while, the rice bowl arrived. A beautiful appearance with a large chunk of rare pork topped with shiny medium-thick flat noodles. The dipping sauce is a refreshing soup with plenty of back fat and julienned menma. First of all, when you eat just the noodles, they are delicious and have a chewy texture that tastes like flour.
