Nice budget hotel. The single room is small, so if you're a big guy, try a bigger room. Pretty close to the station and good service. Most amenities are provided (no razor tho, unless I missed it). Would recommend if you're looking for a budget hotel close to the airport but don't wanna sleep in a capsule/hostel. +Rep for the self checkout machine.

I really loved this place. The hotel was tucked away at the end of the street. The check in process was really easy and the guest services were really friendly. My room was really nice. There was a restaurant downstairs that sold breakfast for a really good price too. The walk to the train station was about 8 minutes.

had a fantastic experience at Hotel Gracery Tamachi in Tokyo. They graciously allowed us to leave our luggage several hours before check-in, showing flexibility. Our corner room was the most spacious of the three hotels during our 13-day trip in Japan. The hotel provides numerous amenities, including a restaurant, a business lounge on the second floor (great for meetings or work), and even three massage chairs. There's also a complimentary coffee machine in the lounge, though a sign indicates no eating or drinking in that area. Additionally, the reception is manned 24 hours, adding to the convenience of our stay. The hotel's strategic location near Tamachi Station makes it incredibly accessible, and on the way to and fro, you get to cross and enjoy the view of the Shinshiba Bridge. With various convenience stores, a nearby cafe, and restaurants in the vicinity, the area is not only convenient but also pleasantly quiet, away from the main road.

The location was good, several convenience stores nearby and the closest train station has good access to the rest of Tokyo (or shinkansen). There is a bit of a walk from Tamachi station but there's elevators and the roads are pretty flat so it wasn't a major problem for me. The staff there were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience was wholly soured by the state of the common areas and room. The whole building felt very old and unkempt, only the lobby seemed to be maintained. When I first checked-in, there were skin flakes(?) and a strand of hair in the desk. The carpet was also dusty and discoloured. The walls were starting to yellow. On the nit-picky side of things, there were very few outlet locations/charging ports and they were located in inconvenient locations. The only saving grace was that the bathroom was much cleaner than the bedroom side and was surprisingly pleasant (the reason I am giving 2 stars for room). This general feeling extended to the common areas too, the lounge area was messy and not well maintained when I inspected, to the point I didn't even bother to sit down. The laundromat also only services one person at a time so I didn't get a chance to use that either. I didn't bother requesting a room change despite the cleanliness issues I mentioned earlier on because the whole hotel gave off the same vibe and I didn't think the other rooms would be any different. To me, room cleanliness/maintenance is very important so I was disappointed by my stay, and surprised by the positive reviews here. I could have booked a much better room elsewhere for ~$150 a night.

Great crew, nice rooms, and the best breakfast! We booked without breakfast, but the lady at the desk recommended it as 'awesome'. OK, so we booked breakfast and... challenge accomplished! Best breakfast on our whole japan trip!
