Great place I ever stayed! We had trip trough Kawaguchiko, It took about 30 ~ 40mins to here. They served us meats and veggies made from Yamanashi. You will have experiences of Japanese country side. You better bring camera for night, you’ll be able to see the night sky full of stars 🌃

The service is very attentive and the room is beautiful. There are also dip pens and sealing wax, so you can send cards home.
KAZU OKA
It gave the impression that it was a self-contained accommodation, and I was able to spend so much time in the accommodation that one night and two days was not enough. In particular, the luxury of having a large iron plate and being able to enjoy local ingredients for dinner and breakfast was a great experience. It's a space where you can relax with your friends and family, so while it's good to go sightseeing outside, I thought it would be better to focus on spending time relaxing and deepening friendships inside the inn. Personally, I thought that the level of satisfaction could be even higher if there was an option to have a visiting chef on call. Anyway, it's a wonderful inn, so I was able to spend a fulfilling weekend! thank you!

I used it repeatedly for workdays with my company members. Although it is a very spacious and old building, it has been beautifully renovated and has plenty of equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay.
It's a little far from the surrounding private houses, so it wasn't a problem to have fun with friends.
I had booked a plan without dinner, but there was a room with a teppanyaki grill, so I went to a nearby butcher shop that sells wild game to buy some and enjoyed teppanyaki. You can also buy local vegetables at the supermarket nearby.
It looks like you can use the iron plate in a lot of ways, and next time I'd like to try making mushroom ajillo.
I will be using this again.

The Japanese-style ancient houses are so amazing🥹
The corridor surrounding the room, the Japanese-style tatami-scented room, and the Japanese-style courtyard landscaping, every corner is like a painting. Any photos taken with a mobile phone camera are like works of art🥹
"diet"
This old Japanese-style house provides two meals. Dinner is a super rich teppanyaki cuisine. It not only has the freshest vegetables in Yamanashi Prefecture, but also beef and pork. They are all made from famous Japanese beef. The meat quality is completely different and delicious. .
The breakfast section also provides a variety of side dishes, including kombu miso soup, and salmon for us to grill ourselves. We want to try the most authentic Japanese cuisine for both meals and fully experience being a Japanese!
In addition, you don’t need to wash the tableware after use! Very good
"stay"
There are two types of beds in various rooms. My favorite is the Japanese-style bed on the tatami. It has a faint scent of tatami and is also very soft, as if you were completely covered by a quilt to sleep.
For those who are not used to making beds, the hotel also provides Western-style beds, which are super soft to lie down on.
In addition to the warm quilts, there are heaters everywhere in the room, and blankets are provided. Even the blankets are not sloppy! It’s from MUJI! Super warm and comfortable.
"bathroom"
I must introduce the bathroom separately. In addition to the bathtub for taking a bath, the water and temperature are all measured by a machine at regular intervals. You will be notified when the water is full, and the water temperature is just right and very comfortable.
But what amazes me the most are the bath products. After all, girls care about taste and care.
Not only does it provide facial cleansing and makeup removal, but also facial cleansing products from shower gel to shampoo, all of which are scented with natural herbal plants. Both boys and girls like them, and they are very easy to use!
"spare parts"
The supplies are also one of the reasons why I think it is a plus. There are many cups in the whole ancient house, and they are of various shapes.
Coffee mugs for enjoying coffee, glasses for drinking, and ceramic mugs for Japanese matcha tea.
There is also a coffee machine for grinding coffee in the morning and hand-brewed coffee, which is very romantic.
I think it would be a pity not to stay in such an ancient house once in Japan and enjoy the authentic Japanese life more closely. I really, really love this. I will definitely visit again and again in the future!
