Very close to Disney - felt like a leisure centre. The best thing about this hotel was the proximity to Disney. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus which drops you at the station (which is pretty much as close as you can get to the park!). The food from the restaurant was reasonable and fairly priced. Even the small rooms have space to store bags etc. We found the staff at the hotel were not particularly fond of British guests and minimal effort had been made for English speakers (this was the first place in Japan that we found this). There was no bar available in the hotel (drinks could be bought with a meal in the restaurant), however there was a shop which sold beer (at an inflated price). Limited choices were available from the restaurant and there were no other places in the vicinity to get food. The beds were very hard and pillows were quite thin. Shoes had to be removed in large portions of the hotel including restaurant. The majority of guests wore their spa robes (Pyjama's!) for dinner. The "new" building is not new, and the building and decoration was dated. The hotel was very strict on tattoos so we were unable to use the Onsen.

You can't beat the location, walking distance to Disney sea, service was outstanding and the room was very clean. The bath had an option for onsen water which was very nice, but a few things in the room were a little lacking. The outlet next to the bed was broken and there was an extension cord wire hanging out for the alarm but not for anything else. Breakfast could have had a few more options, like scrambled eggs but overall pretty good, especially the french toast. The service at the breakfast restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. We have stayed at a few hotels by Disney and this was by far the best experience overall.

Stayed here for 2 nights for its distance to Disney. Hourly bus transfer to Maihama station (get in line asap as there tends to be a long line). Room was very spacious (I stayed in the older building), and essential amenities were provided. No laundry on site. Also had my first experience of onsen here, and it was good. They had both indoor and outdoor baths. Staff were helpful in providing information, they also provide info sheet with hours regarding hotel services. Only downside side was the hotel isnt near any restaurants. There is only the hotel restaurant and prices can be a bit high. Uber eats were able to reach so food wasn't too big an issue. Would come back again.

Very nice, clean hotel. Quiet too. It's cheaper to book directly with the hotel vs apps.
Overall experience was very pleasant for our family of 5. 5 beds in the room is a rare sight!
Tip: if you're going to Disneyland or DisneySea, take the free hotel shuttle bus back to Maihama station then take the Disney monorail from there.

Clean and fit a family of 5 ! We all had our own beds too. Security is great, must use card key for every door including lobby transfer. Shuttle bus to and from the train station is awesome too!
