The hotel is located in Sapporo city. A bit far from Odori and Tanuki street. It’s just 8-10 minutes walk. It’s new hotel. Room is standard size, clean and comfortable. There is softcream, coffee and tea provide during 12:00-18:00 in every day. It’s very good.

Great location and excellent service but housekeeping didn't clean the rooms and lied that they did when we questioned them. Apart from this dishonesty, service by front office was excellent. Rooms are rather small.

I think you’d be doing very well to find a better hotel for the price. Was expecting below average stay for the cost but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed one night only but great impressions, good facilities in the room and free coffee and ice cream 👌🏼

This is a newly built hotel, the rooms are large, everything is clean and cozy. The green tea and coffee I drank in my room after playing in the cold Sapporo city are also delicious. When I came back from going out, the room was not cleaned, so I asked the staff, and they said it was the hotel policy to clean it every other day. But I didn't get the notice in advance.

after hard conversation as our english conversation with different style, the reception left me, because he mad at me, are we sure that it is a hotel? surely you cannot treat your guests like that!!! they say in their website, strees-free experience, well totally a mistakes, and we have to stay here for 3 nites
