A ryokan we visited on the last day of our honeymoon. The trip to Hokkaido itself was a very enjoyable and happy memory, and coming to this ryokan for the last time was a very good choice. From the first time I came, I was impressed by the lobby and service, and was surprised by the condition of the room. In particular, it was amazing that the room temperature and the water temperature in the ryokan could be adjusted without much attention. I thought there were fewer meals compared to other ryokans, but the food was very clean and I could tell what the ingredients mentioned on the menu tasted like. I came here for 2 days and 1 night and am so sad to leave. Next time I go on a ski trip to Hokkaido, I want to stay here for 3 days and 2 nights to finish my trip.

Everything was very good! The hot spring bath in the room is large and spacious enough for three adults. The room is clean, spacious, and has a great view. It has a cooler! Please note that dinner is quite small with 6 dishes including dessert ⚠️However, all the dishes were very delicious. The staff are also kind and polite. It's a great inn where you can really relax and have a relaxing time ◎ A must-stay place in Niseko! However, when I was driving to the hotel, the curved road was a little difficult to understand.

A comfortable and totally wonderful accommodation! In Hokkaido Akan Tsuruga Bessou Hina no Za Noboribetsu Onsen Takinoya The Lake Suite Konosumika Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen Zaborin Park Hyatt Hanazono I visited I like this inn the most.... Above all, the room is comfortable. It's running out. The open-air bath with a view of Mt. Yotei is also great. It was quiet and open, and I was able to relax to my heart's content. The cleanliness and furniture in the room are a relaxing space. The beds are spacious with 2 doubles and 2 twins. I was satisfied with the amount and taste of the food, and the size of the open-air bath. It has become an inn that I would like to come back to again. There are seasons with more spring and autumn colors than winter. It's especially good. 《You can see reviews of other hot spring inns from TOP☆》

It would be difficult to go home due to the typhoon, which would interfere with my work, and since I would be returning home again, it would be a big mess, so I consulted the hotel, but they said, ``I can't take responsibility for the return trip.'' I was charged a cancellation fee. Is the customer responsible for even natural disasters such as typhoons? I can't help but think that they are not aware of the customer's circumstances and are just putting profits first. Other hotels told me that they didn't charge a cancellation fee in the case of a typhoon, so I felt the difference was even greater.
