Phoned in advance to book but they failed to mention showers not available due to Corona. Also didn't mention until after paid 4000yen to park camping van in small field with smelly toilets. No electric power available. Avoid if you can.

It was sub michi-no-eki standard but actually cost money. Could be ok when the baths are open, but without it there are very little facilities. Staff were unhelpful to the extreme.

Two people went to the day camp on the Sunday after Obon. Reception was OK after 10 o'clock. Entrance fee + auto camping fee x 2 people. Same price as overnight stay. There is a charge for garbage (please put a sticker on it before disposing of it) Since it's along the national highway, I chose to go towards the back, but you can always hear the sounds of motorbikes, police cars, and other vehicles! I wonder if it's a little quieter on weekdays? Therefore, you don't have to worry too much about bears and the occasional horsefly or fly, but I think it's good for people who want to have fun casually and who don't mind noise. You can drive anywhere on the grass on the premises (cars, etc.)

A very nice lady? The dog was also taken care of by my older sister. It is OK to drive onto the site. You can also pitch a tent or tarp next to your car. It's okay to sleep in your car. The campsite itself is not that large, but you can use a place that can protect you from the rain. There are also chairs and tables that can be used by large groups (up to 20 people). Free. There is no hot water in the kitchen, but it is clean. It was cloudy, but I think it would be more pleasant if it was sunny.
