This is a campsite where you can go without reservations.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is from 12:00.
As for the site, there is no grass, mainly dirt and gravel, and depending on the location, it may be difficult for the pegs to stick, so we recommend using forged titanium pegs. I think aluminum pegs won't stick and will bend. (depending on the area)
I went the day after it rained, so the ground was a little muddy and I almost slipped a few times. I felt that the drainage was not very good.
There is a sink at the campsite, but the restroom is across the road at Kyoshu Shoten, so if you frequently go to the restroom, you may want to choose a section closer to the road.
At Kyoshu Shoten, you can take out charcoal-grilled free-range chicken, fried rice, and oden (seasonally available), and as a perfect accompaniment, you can even take out draft beer. If you are too lazy to cook, you may be able to just take out the food without bringing any ingredients.
I ordered the charcoal-grilled chicken, and it was extremely delicious. It was really delicious. It's so important that I said it twice. I wish I had ordered the large instead of the small.
There is a river running right next to the campsite, so it might be cool in the summer.
It was easy to access from Miyazaki city center and I was satisfied with being able to camp in a quiet environment.
It is recommended because you can camp there for about half the price of a certain seaside campsite.
postscript
There was a hose (with a shower) in the washing area, which was very helpful for washing the wet and muddy ground sheets. I appreciated your attentiveness.
I also found four four-leaf clovers and was able to go home feeling good.

A new campground near you
I bought a new tent and wood stove, so I went camping for the first time.
It's not in the mountains, but along Prefectural Route 339, so I thought I'd be bothered by the noise of cars, but it wasn't.
Thanks to this, access from Miyazaki city is excellent.
Price: 2,000 yen per site stay
I think daycan was 1,000 yen?
What I found interesting was that when I went to Kagamisu Shoten to pay the site fee, they told me to put it directly into the fee box inside the store.
It was so goofy I laughed
The equipment is
Restroom available (inside Kagamisu Shopping Store)
There is a simple washing area
No shower
The ground is rocky and would be difficult to use with aluminum pegs. Steel pegs are recommended.
A pug hammer is also required to remove it.
As this is a privately run campground that has just been established, the ground cover is not fully grown yet, so if you want to use your tent or sleeping bag in an ultra-clean manner, we do not recommend it as sand and soil tend to stick to it when cleaning up.
Since it has just opened and has minimal facilities, the number of customers is small.
Is it because there aren't many people yet? Since it is within the daily living area, I pass by it and when I look around, I notice solo camping, small group camping, and a base camp for treeing on motorcycles.
At night, you can see people enjoying camping quietly, and there is no trash left on the grounds, so I think the manners of the guests are good.
Mt. Kanpachi, Mt. Futaishi, and Kaeda Valley are also nearby, so it seems like it could be used as a base camp.
When I spoke with the owner, he said that he would like to gradually improve the facilities. It's a nearby campground, so I'm looking forward to the crowds in the future.

This is a campground where you can easily go without reservations.
The tree 🌲 that will be used as a partition for the site is small at the moment, but in the long run I'm sure it will become a nice and cozy place.
