A nice Showa feel for retro lovers.
Is it like having someone you like stay overnight? Probably less than 10 people on weekdays? The parking lot is large. If you say you came by bike, you can park it under the roof on the north side. It's narrow and there are quite a few steps, so we recommend parking in the back from the beginning.
There is no Wi-Fi in the room, and there is only a lobby on the first floor, but you can relax in the lobby and enjoy the inconvenience! There is a microwave in the lobby that you can rent.
There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn't working. Well, there is no problem except in summer!
A nostalgic clock radio in the bed. You can enjoy tuning by turning the dial. Surprise equipment for the radio generation. Last time I had an issue where the TV wouldn't turn on, but thanks to this, I don't have any inconveniences! I always have a few movies downloaded on U-NEXT, so radio/smartphone is sufficient. The location is good and you can see the Kofu Basin from the window day and night.
The bath was surprisingly nice and I highly recommend it.
The rock bath is full of stones, so it smells like a hot spring. One type of body soap/shampoo/conditioner is placed before the shower. Saying things like “I’m sorry, please take the shampoo!” to other people.
It's a hassle, so let's find a seat where you can get all the body soap needed!
Room amenities are minimal. Towels, toothbrushes (too hard to brush), bar soap.
I saw on TV a long time ago that tribes deep in the Amazon used toothbrushes made from loosened tree bark. Probably no different than this.
I brought my own toothbrush so it wasn't a problem, but it was really hard!
Moisture is your enemy when it comes to bar soap, so if you use it over time, it will crumble like candy.
There is a convenience store in the hotel, but when you enter
It's difficult to get to because the receptionist slides in. The number/type of items is small, so you should eat your main meal outside. However, if this is a regular Seven or Lawson hotel, the cost performance will be much higher for a cheap hotel.
As for the rest, hmmm.
The air conditioner ① is so loud that it hits my ears and I can't sleep. There is an off switch for the unit bath ventilation fan and air conditioner ②.
The air conditioner ①, which I don't understand, keeps running. If you can't sleep, maybe you should set a pillow next to the window! What about earplugs?
If you are someone who can camp for consecutive nights
Is it a normal hotel?

The building was built in 1985, so it feels like the Showa era, but it is kept clean. There are some inconveniences, such as no Wi-Fi in the room, no refrigerator, and no washlet, but the view from the room is good, and there are separate public baths for men and women, although they are only available at night. Although it is not a hot spring, the atmosphere of the rock bath is nice. It's a little cheaper if you book from the official website. In addition, credit card payment is possible.
NEW GIANTS
The interior and exterior of the hotel along the Fuefuki River has a Showa-era feel. WiFi is available around the front desk on the 1st floor, and barely reaches the hallways on each floor. Not allowed inside each room.
Although BS is not available on TV, the lineup includes Yamanashi station, Tokyo station (Fuji, Asahi, MX/& sub channel), Kanagawa TVK, and local CATV station NNS. The power switch on the remote control in my room was broken, so I used the main switch.
Near the front desk are the Yamanashi Nichinichi Shimbun (for some reason there is no TV page on this day) and guidebooks. A convenience store focusing on Yamazaki products will open for a limited time. Drink vending machines are on the 3rd floor. The public bath-style public baths (no sauna) are open only in the evenings. However, be careful not to burn yourself with the hot water in the bathtub. It takes time to adjust the amount of hot water. In the washing area, pump conditioner shampoo and body soap are placed alternately. About 5 faucets are unlimited type.
There is no dining room. There is a bakery nearby called "Tomoeya" that is open during the day (closed on Sundays and holidays).
In the room → Cup with several tea bags, electric kettle, trouser press
Amenities (washbasin provided) Tooth brushing set, single-use conditioner shampoo, mini bar soap (razor available from vending machine on 5th floor) Yukata, bath towel & towel, slippers (general purpose type), unit bath & toilet seat heated/no cleaning 🚻
The refrigerator is locked and cannot be used (canned drinks can be left with the sash open and can be used instead of a refrigerator in winter). Massage dispatch available upon request (~25)
Since the key is a key type, there is no chance of "inadvertently" that is common with auto-lock types, but be careful of theft. Although there are intercoms in each room, some are broken.
15-20 minutes walk from Isawa Onsen Station. Rather, if you use the express bus ``Isawa'' bus stop, it is convenient and only takes about 5 minutes. Taxi transportation can be arranged upon request.
Even if there are places like that, if you can stay in the 4,000 yen range for a single night per night...I think it can be useful.

This is a hotel that gives you a feel of the Showa era. I like retro things, so I was very satisfied. However, I am giving it 4 stars because there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the refrigerator in the room could not be used. Considering the price, I think it's a good value for money place to stay.
sab sab
I used it for the night before to go mountain climbing to Daibosatsumine.
It was good that it was 4000 yen when I made a reservation from the official website.
Even though the public bath is not open in the morning, there is no hair dryer in the room, so you have to borrow it at the front desk, which is very bad.
There's always someone at the front desk even after 5am, so I don't think you'll be unable to rent one.
