Sushi restaurant • Japan, 〒108-0072 Tokyo, Minato City, Shirokane, 5-chōme−7−8 ウイング綱島 1階
In the backstreets of Shirokanenishi, there is a sushi restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide. Each and every dish showcasing the skills of the sushi master is a masterpiece that captures the palate. The nigiri sushi personally crafted by the owner is an artistic triumph that surpasses all others.
The subtly vinegared rice allows you to savor the simple flavor of the rice. Paired with the rice are only the finest aged seafood, such as the Issaki from Ehime Prefecture, aged for a week, and the Torobai directly delivered from fishermen in Osaka. The addictive richness and delicate flavors coexist.
There are only 8 counter seats in the restaurant. The head chef is bright and attentive. Conversations with a touch of humor about the origin of the ingredients accompany each dish. The conversations full of curiosity are also charming. Reservations are hard to come by, but once you visit, you will be captivated for sure.
