【order】
Eita Tsukemen 1250 yen
・Large serving (500g) 100 yen
・Raw egg 50 yen
【soup】
It's more cloudy than the original "Benten", and it's more like an emulsion type in the Jiro series 😙
As for the taste, it has a strong taste, but it has a sweetness and creaminess added to it, and you can tell that ``I trained here in Eita and Benten''😭💓
【noodles】
The noodles are slightly thick and straight, and have a good elasticity 🤔 There were some parts that were a little chewy, but it wasn't a big deal 😊
【roasted pork fillet】
The shredded pork and menma are as delicious as the original one🥰

It’s two and a half months!! ️

It was a wonderful shop with a lot of "benten love" and an original feel 🥰 Now that I'm going through this, I want to go to Toshioka as soon as possible 🤔

I've been interested in this restaurant since it first opened because I heard that the restaurant was trained at Takadanobaba Benten.
The store is quite far from my home, an hour and a half away, so I haven't had a chance to visit it.
I've recently been eating out at restaurants that may have been influenced by Benten, so I decided to visit.
When I arrived after 6pm on weekdays, the roll curtains were down and the lighting was dim.
I thought it would be temporarily closed after coming this far, but it turned out to be open as usual. lol
Bottled beer 650 yen (with snacks)
*Sapporo Black Label or Sapporo Akaboshi
Tsukemen 1000 yen (average 200g)
*Free up to 300g of medium size
Spicy 100 yen
Flavored egg 100 yen
Raw egg 50 yen
Order.
There are only six seats in the store, and the kitchen is staffed by two people, a man who seems to be the owner and a woman.
I remember seeing the shopkeeper at Takadanobaba Benten at the time.
*At that time, Benten had a lively atmosphere and the customer service was very good, which left a lasting impression on me.
``What do you do with raw eggs? ”
This question reminds me of Benten and Toshioka, and my expectations are high.
*Benten and Toshioka can choose raw eggs in the soup or on top of the noodles, whole eggs or egg yolks.
I was impressed the moment I saw the bottled beer and snacks that came out.
That visual of chopped pork, menma, and green onions on a small white plate.
The amount is somewhere in the middle, more than the current Benten and less than the current Toshioka. lol
By the way, when it comes to the quality of snacks, I think Kokufudai's Tsukesoba Ishii is the best.
Great selection of table seasonings too.
black pepper
Vinegar
Bean sauce
minced garlic
In addition to the familiar things
homemade chili oil
*The viscosity is more like chili pepper than chili oil.
Equipped with.
The beer you pour over the chopped garlic and bean sauce is the best. lol
The noodles are homemade using Nisshin Seifun's Tokuhiryu, the same as Benten and Toshio.
The thickness of the noodles is a little thicker, about the size of benten noodles from the mid-2000s.
The noodles have a unique smooth texture, and even if you slurp them, the wheat flavor will hit your nostrils.
If you look at the soup in the photo, it's emulsified and looks like it's mushy. I thought that
Contrary to my expectations, it was not mushy, but had a smooth consistency, and the seafood stock was strong.
This is a big hit! ! !
The taste is reminiscent of Benten in its heyday, and I regret that I ended up with an average one.
When I finished eating, he offered me soup, which was also wonderful.
In terms of the quality of tsukemen, it may even surpass the current Benten and Toshioka.
*I think Toshioka stands out in terms of the quality of old salt ramen.
It was worth coming to Warabi.
Next time I would like to come to eat salt ramen soon.

I was impressed by the taste of Benten, where I trained, so I came to eat there. There was also a line of people waiting for this store even before it opened. It was so delicious that I wish I had ordered the regular serving as the medium serving, but I wonder if I should have eaten the salt medium serving. I tried the soy sauce flavor, which I haven't tried before, but it didn't have that delicious feeling from the first bite, and the noodles weren't as pretty. Thank you for the meal😋.

Opened in 2014, originally from a famous store in Nerima Ward★
Meal ticket system, 8 counter seats
Eita Tsukemen ¥1,100 (Medium noodle free)
Contains a bit more chopped pork fillet and menma◎
Homemade thick noodles are chewy and have a good flavor◎
Animal x seafood soup is smooth and has a good taste◎
The quantity and taste of each ingredient were just right.
The chili oil on the table is rich in flavor and has a strange taste◎
It was very delicious today too, thank you for the meal 😋
I would like to try the ramen next time.

Eat a medium portion of Eita Ramen [1,150 yen] (March 2024)
The creamy seafood/tonkotsu soup is slightly lukewarm, and the noodles are straight, medium-thick, and of average hardness. The ingredients include a lot of menma (menma), as well as chashu pork, seasoned eggs, seaweed, and green onions, which are common in this day and age. There are various table seasonings, but they are ordinary ones and I don't think they go well with ramen. The price increase is also quite negative.
