Location - close to Disney Tokyo and they have shuttle buses. Also close to station where public transport can be used and hotel staff will help. Service - Hotel Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms - as described and we stayed there as family. Breakfast - very good. Lot of space and creative ideas. Children loved it.

Room size was unexpected bigger than imagined. We booked twin beds and they were able to make it into a large bed to share with kids. Can fit 2 adults and 2 kids, if required. People were friendly enough, English is limited for some. Location is okay. 5 mins taxi ride from shin-urayasu station, 15mins from disneyland. Nothing really close by unfortunately. Breakfast restaurant is expensive $20 for an adult, children are free, there is not much selections on food. For the positive there are great views of Tokyo Bay.

The hotel facilities and amenities are ok, as what you would expect for the price. It’s convenient that they provide a shuttle to and from Disneyland. However, it was such a disappointing end to a fun-filled experience in Disneyland because we could not enter the shuttle for the ride back to the hotel. All the local teenagers just rushed into the bus, leaving the two families with small kids, with luggage and stroller including my family of 3 kids, not able to run and rush, left outside the bus, stranded late at night, during the Feb winter month, without knowing how to get back to our hotel. Shouldn’t priority be given to your hotel guests or any passengers with needs or children? The hotel really should plan properly, or in such a situation, arrange for an extra shuttle to ensure your guests, even more so, foreign guests who are not familiar with the country, get back to the hotel safely. Really disappointed at the civic manners of some of these guests. But more importantly, the bus driver provided us with wrong info as she initially told us there would be an extra bus, but when I asked to confirm again, she said no more bus. Because of that, we gave way to the teenagers. The driver really should’ve taken an empathetic action to give priority to those who need it.

We love the room with 2 double decker beds. The kid love the upper deck. The room side is good for four. We love the breakfast, which have both continental and Japanese options. The only issue is the limited free transport to Shin Urayasu station, but we can easily hop on to the feeder bus no 17 to the bus terminal at Shin Urayasu Station (with a mall and plenty of food choice here). The free shuttle to Disneyland is available but make sure you come 10 minutes earlier to catch the bus. Overall worth the money and definitely will come again.

At first, the staff were friendly and let us check in early (which we paid for) and the room was clean. We only booked one night before going to Disneyland but realized they don’t provide any water in the room or a place to fill your bottle. I asked the front desk for water and he said no because I “wasn’t a member.” If you can’t even provide complimentary drinking water to guests, you don’t deserve more than 3 stars.
