The hotel is well located and near several attraction sights. Room is clean and the hot spring is very nice. Didn't like the meal they have there though.

Very dated hotel. Entrance is rather dark and seems to be closed but it is actually open. Reception may not be staffed at times. Has a sulphur onsen open to the public

Sulphuric onsen is interesting and a good place to recover from the cold if you can ignore the dated design and construction of the place.

I went there in the past on a school trip.
I think it's different now than it was back then.
A Japanese doll is displayed at the front.
However, no ghosts appeared.
(I had a friend who is very spiritual check this out)
The smell of sulfur clings to my clothes,
I couldn't get rid of that smell for 5 days.
remember.
I had a hot image of hot springs.
The shower temperature is difficult to control.
Although the front floor is dark,
The people at the inn are kind.

This inn is located at the entrance to Nikko Yumoto Onsen. I often go on a day trip to the hot springs. It may not look like they are running a day trip hot spring, but they are doing a good job.
The parking lot is located on the left side of the building.
The hot springs only have indoor baths for men and women, but the bathrooms are large considering the size of the inn.
The quality of the spring water is a cloudy sulfur spring like the others, but this one uses a private source that comes out from under the building. The quality of the hot water feels very good and I think the ingredients are concentrated.
I think the bathroom, with its slightly oily scent and the taste of the steam, will be a wonderful experience that you won't find anywhere else.
People who go to Nikko Yumoto for the hot springs will probably visit several hot springs, but I would like them to experience the hot springs here as well.
